科研经历

当前我国供水安全形势严峻,其中消毒副产物浓度超标和水源突发污染频发问题十分突出。本人面向国家重大需求和国际前沿热点,重视科学研究与工程应用的融合,确定研究方向为饮用水水质化学风险控制,主要包括消毒副产物控制和应急供水。

主要创新性学术成果是:

(1)开发了新兴消毒副产物亚硝胺的前体物解析和控制技术

针对强致癌物亚硝胺,识别出我国存在较高的饮用水亚硝胺新兴消毒副产物风险Water Res., 2016),引起了国内外的广泛关注。首次开发了基于极性快速分析法(PRAM)的亚硝胺前体物解析技术Water Res., 2014),揭示了亚硝胺前体物的基本结构特性:同时具有正电性和非极性,该方法具有针对性强、操作简便、质控可靠等优点,有望成为一项通用研究工具。根据前体物解析研究结果,测试了常规工艺对亚硝胺及其前体物的去除特性(Sci. Tot. Environ., 2013; 2019),研究确定了臭氧-(生物)活性炭是现阶段的消毒副产物最佳可行控制技术,可同时控制亚硝胺、三卤甲烷和卤乙酸(J. AWWA, 2014; 2015; 2017),揭示了不同工艺去除前体物的机理Water Res., 2015);研究了亚硝胺前体物的生物降解过程(Chemosphere, 2015; J. AWWA, 2015);开发了顺序氯化消毒技术,可安全高效地实现对微生物和三卤甲烷、卤乙酸、亚硝胺等消毒副产物的综合控制(Biomed. & Env. Sci., 2006, 2007; J. AWWA, 2017; Sep. & Purif. Tech., 2018)。首次开发了基于阳离子交换的前体物处理技术和浓缩工具J. Env. Sci., 2017);发现黑臭水体存在较高亚硝胺前体物,识别出福美锌等新型亚硝胺前体物(Chemosphere, 2016),为应对亚硝胺风险和筛查风险污染物提供了技术储备(Accounts Chem. Res., 2019)。在国际上首次提出并验证了微生物代谢水中含氮物质产生亚硝胺前体物的新机制,估算该机制可贡献我国水源水中约38 %的亚硝胺前体物(Water Res., 2020)。

(2)建立了应对突发水污染的自来水厂应急净化处理技术体系

与张晓健教授合作建立了城市供水应急处理技术体系,该体系包括活性炭吸附、化学沉淀、氧化/还原、强化消毒、曝气吹脱和藻类综合处理等6类关键技术,覆盖饮用水标准中绝大部分100多种污染物(Environ. Sci. & Technol., 2011; Accounts Chem. Res., 2019);率先获得了数十种有机污染物的活性炭吸附特性,首次突破了自来水厂应对重金属严重超标水源水的化学沉淀处理技术和应对挥发性污染物的曝气吹脱技术;初步建立了有机物的应急吸附、吹脱性能的预测模型SAR & QSAR in Environ. Res. 2015; J. Environ. Sci., 2016,JES outstanding publication award);与其他单位合作开发了应急处理导试水厂、移动式应急药剂投加系统等关键设备。研究藻类死亡过程中硫醇硫醚类恶臭物质的释放机理,为太湖水危机事故原因判断、高藻水处理技术开发提供依据(J. Hat. Mat., 2010,2011-2017高被引论文)。在北京、天津、广州、杭州、东莞、青岛、平湖等地开展了大量的管网水质稳定性研究工作,参与了2008年北京黄水问题的应急处理研究,为2019年杭州市千岛湖调水工程的顺利实施提供了管网化学稳定性方面的技术支持。在国内外首次开发了基于电化学信号的管网腐蚀结垢状态在线监测技术,受到国内外同行的关注。在应急技术的系统性和理论深度、处理对象的覆盖范围、工艺实施的快速高效和稳定性等方面获得了重大突破,经鉴定达到国际领先水平。参与了2005年松花江硝基苯污染、2007年无锡太湖水危机、2008年汶川地震、2012年广西龙江河镉污染、2014年兰州自来水苯超标、2015年天津港爆炸事故、2015年广元应对锑污染应急供水、2018年河南南阳淇河污染等重大事件应急工作,多次担任住建部、环保部和各级政府的专家组成员,大大提高了供水行业面对水源突发污染事故时的应急处理能力。

负责国家级课题多项(水专项、科技支撑计划、国家自然基金项目),指导了多座大型示范工程的建设,应急供水保障能力达到715万m3/d,研究成果被《人民日报》、央视、《科技日报》、《中国环境报》、《南方周末》等媒体多次报道。

现任生态环境部应急专家组成员,全国检察机关环境公益诉讼技术专家,四川省、新疆维吾尔自治区环境应急专家组成员,国际水协(IWA)战略委员会委员、IWA消毒专业委员会主席、IWA水环境嗅味专业委员会委员、IWA新冠疫情工作组成员,中国环境科学学会高级会员,中国环境诱变剂学会暴露组学专委会委员(青年副主委),中国海洋学会海水资源利用专业委员会常务委员,中国深度处理研究会理事等职务。曾获2018年国家科技进步二等奖(第6位)、2015年环境保护科技进步一等奖(第10位)、山东省科技进步二等奖(第4位)、2014年华夏建设科技三等奖(第2位)、2009年华夏建设科技二等奖(第3位),受邀成为国际消毒副产物领域顶尖会议Gordon DBP Conference 2015年、2019年会议的Discussion Leader和2017年会议的特邀发言人,2018年IWA D&DBP conference大会组委会主席和特邀发言人,在2017年香山科学会议、2017年东方科技论坛上做大会报告。
